Wendy Thompson is the Principal Broker of Thompson Group Real Estate which serves all five boroughs of the city of New York and Long Island. She started in real estate in 2002 as a private investor. It was in that capacity that she identified the need for honest, committed real estate professionals to provide full disclosure and guidance to property sellers. This led to her subsequent ten-year tenure as a Licensed Real Estate Agent before taking the helm at Thompson Group Real Estate.
Ms. Thompson is an experienced professional who has helped numerous home-sellers, home buyers, landlords and investors handle the details of a successful real estate transaction. She is tenacious when it comes to protecting the interests of her clients; a hard worker with high standards and great work ethic.

Wendy has a passion for learning and stays updated with industry trends and related technology so she can deliver more value to all her clients. She is adamant that it is possible to sell any home in any market when you know the secrets.

Ms. Thompson is an active volunteer with several non-profit organizations where she serves as guest speaker at monthly real estate workshops. She has received the 2018 Community Partner Award presented by Neighborhood Housing Services of Brooklyn for her outstanding contributions to their real estate efforts in the community. She is also five-star rated by her past clients for her excellent work in handling their real estate transactions.

Wendy earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Baruch College, NY in 1998, and a Master’s Degree in Public Communications from Fordham University, NY in 2002.
