Prior to transitioning to the residential world of Real Estate, Wendy worked for a Global Manufacturing Company in their Corporate Commercial Division specializing in the disposition of, renewal of and the consolidation of diverse real estate transactions in domestic markets. She was responsible for coordinating Broker activity via selling, leasing and sale leaseback transactions which included: industrial buildings, warehouses and office space. Disposition of these properties resulted in saving the company millions of dollars for reinvestment back into the company. Prior to that she worked in Property Management supporting Property Managers of company owned properties throughout the United States and Canada.

Keeping up-to-date on the economic and latest trends that drive the local real estate market she can offer sellers and buyers guidance through the transaction process from start to finish whether it is for a luxury, investment, commercial or new home construction property.

Certified as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) she would welcome the opportunity to assist you in selling or buying your resort or second home property.
