After serving in the military until 2003, I joined my wife in the bustling world of real estate. With a degree in architectural drafting and engineering, it was a natural transition. I am always up-to-date on the latest in soil testing, land percolation, and water rights so that I am able to best serve my clients (and I actually enjoy the subjects too!). My strength is listening -- not just hearing. I know the weight of making such a large investment, and my number one priority will always be to find the space that is perfect for your needs.  
 
I had an extensive background in public speaking which has translated into being able to strike up a conversation any place, any time. These communication skills have been hugely beneficial to my clients, because whether they are buying or selling, I get the word out to the right people.  
 
In my limited spare time, I enjoy woodworking, racquetball, auctioneering for charities, and helping other veterans. I am a decorated veteran whose trophy case has also acquired many honors from the real estate field. I am certified in luxury homes as well as have extensive experience in land and commercial. 
 
I am someone that genuinely enjoys my work. My favorite moment in each transaction happens after the final mark of the pen on the contract: the moment that I see the joy and excitement of my clients' new adventure sink in.
