Steve Jecha was raised in the Twin Cities with 2 siblings. As a child, Steve had aspirations of being a pro hockey player. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Steve was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Steve worked his way from an Insurance Underwriter to a CEO of a 125 Employee Company, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Steve got into the real estate industry 15 years ago when a good friend and fellow CEO told him what a fun business it was, helping people fulfill their real estate dreams. Steve lives in the Twin Cities with his wife, two kids, and their dog. In his free time, he enjoys coaching kids, taking youth hockey groups to Sweden (he has done taken 8 groups over the last decade), traveling the world with his wife, and playing the nordic sport of bandy.
