Hudson Appraisals has performed over 75,000 appraisals of all kinds for banks, real estate agents, attorneys, cities and those looking to buy or sell properties of all types. Significant research conducted by Ross was brought to the Sellers ‘proving’ a value significantly lower that eventually resulted in his Buyer’s closing on the property at less than $1.3MM. Another story helped a Seller capture the absolutely highest net value price/sq foot in a luxury Orlando neighborhood getting the home sold/under contract in 2 days at full price…a top end price for this market. Additional experience that assists in advising and counseling of Ross’ clients includes a number of years of mortgage/lending experience helping secure mortgages for clients. This insight into how this side of the real estate industry really works has proved its helpfulness many times in being able to save clients from wasted time and lost money.
