I am a South Carolina native, as is my wife of 49 years. We moved to the area in 1983 so I could work with an oceanfront developer in pre-construction sales of a high rise condo building. After personally selling about 1/3 of the units I moved over to manage sales of a condo development on a golf course.

I have been a golfer all my life and wanted to work in that environment. I have been a licensed Broker for 34 years and have been a Sales Manager for several companies in General Brokerage managing millions in closed sales. As a Selling Broker I have sold and listed every type of property there is and at price points of up to $1,750,000 totaling about 100 million dollars.

Over the years I have been active in several civic and charitable organizations such as Jaycees, Sertoma and American Cancer Society. I am a choir member and Elder in Murrells Inlet Presbyterian Church, currently serving on the Session and as Financial Secretary. My wife and I live in the Litchfield Beach area of Pawleys Island with our adopted rescue dog Lucky.
