Paul grew up in Saco, Maine and attended Thornton Academy. He currently resides in Hollis Center with his wife. After serving in the Navy, Paul came back to Maine where he started his own convenience store/gas station (Paul’s Variety) in the city of Biddeford for approximately 19 years. After selling his business, Paul worked for the City of Biddeford as a Patrol Officer and a School Resource Officer and retired from the City of Biddeford after 11 years of service.

Paul brings a calm presence to his real estate clients and is eager to help them with all their real estate needs. He will be working out of our Scarborough office with his daughter, Ashley Rondeau, to form The Rondeau Real Estate Team at Fontaine Family - The Real Estate Leader. With the support of the Fontaine Family Team, he looks forward to serving both buyers and sellers.

 
Areas Served: 
All of York, Cumberland, Oxford and Androscoggin Counties. I primarily work out of the city of Scarborough, Maine but I also work all these counties as well.
