I do not sell 100 to 200 homes a year like some real estate agents do. It simply is not a goal of mine. You will not be handed off to someone else on the team, you either hired me or were referred to me for a reason.

I am much more interested in results. I have great Attention to Detail, Client Experience and the ability to Maximize Profit; in strict accord to my client's needs and goals. I will always demand excellence, which means I do not have 15 team members "to do" all the work for me.

When you're accepted as a client of mine, should we "click", you get me and only me. That means I WILL ANSWER MY PHONE and return e-mails and texts, unlike some other agents in the area. I prefer to see my Real Estate business as a small client focused "boutique shop" for an elite few.
