I married my high school sweetheart upon graduating from high school, two years later at the age of 21 we bought our first home and started our family three years later. I started in the jewelry business with a friend at 19 years old as a jeweler apprentice and learn and worked my way up to running and owning a retail jewelry store but was always interested in the real estate business. In 1996 I met Ron L. “Skip” Mark. A Vietnam Veteran, Marine and with over 20 years in the Real Estate business. Skip became a customer of mine and a friend, kept telling me that I should consider going into the Real Estate Business at least part time and that he would teach and train me. I when ahead and got my Real Estate License back in 1997 and a Mortgage Brokers License and started in the Real Estate Business full time. Skip took me under his wing and taught me almost everything he knew, at least that’s what he use to say. Within the first year I was one of the Top Producers for his Real Estate Company At Home Realty. In 2003 I decided I wanted to expand and go on my own. I bought an existing Century 21 Franchise, it was incredibly challenging but rewarding expanding to having over 30 full time agents. A few years later, the Real Estate Market crash and I had to downsize and decided to get rid of the franchise. I went back and started building the business little by little, along with my wife and two of my daughters managing over 200 rentals that I had sold to investors. I also learn how to negotiate with banks and get 100’s of loan modifications and short sales done, and I also started working with banks selling their REO’s. It was tough but gain a wealth of knowledge and experience. I currently still work with some banks in selling some of their inventory called REO’s, but mainly enjoy working with sellers and buyers in the West Pasco County area. I’ve built my business on: Dedication, Communication, Determination, and Trust while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all of my client’s Real Estate needs. Just as the Real Estate industry evolves to become more innovative and efficient, so do I. Rest assured, I will listen to you!
