Jerry Rozen brings an impressive business background in retail sales, entrepreneurship and finance to his practice of residential real estate. “I have a lot of experience dealing with people,” Jerry says. “I am a ‘deal-maker’ and have the skill to negotiate agreements that are acceptable for both the buyer and seller in a transaction. I’ve always been business-oriented and the real estate sale and purchase process is fun and exciting for me.” Jerry combines his knowledge of the Houston real estate market with expert salesmanship and business acumen to guide sellers in pricing and preparing their home for sale.

He employs the same skill set to find the right home, or choice of homes, for buyers. In his long business career, Jerry has owned three retail home-furnishing stores, a wholesale wallpaper distributorship, and a commercial accounts receivable factoring business that is now run by his son. A native of Binghamton, New York, Jerry graduated from Texas A & M in Kingsville with a BBA in management. He served a two-year term in the United States Army at Fort Hood, was honorably discharged, and spent a further six years in the U.S. Army Reserve. Jerry was a long-time member of Lions International. He and his wife have three children and six grandchildren, and enjoy traveling, especially in their RV, and camping.
