Originally from Australia, I now call the Pacific Northwest home where I have been a real estate broker for over 15 years. I am also a Certified Negotiation Specialist in real estate transactions. Creating a win-win situation in any given transaction provides a great sense of well-being for all involved. I have outstanding marketing collateral and I use massive target marketing campaigns which accelerates the securing of a Buyer and achieving a sale. I have made it my business to know my luxury market inside and out and this knowledge, plus great communication skills with a team approach - the Seller / Buyers Agent / and me working together - is a great ingredient in any transaction. I’m grateful for those who continue on to be personal friends. Located in beautiful Washington State, we have a wide coastline on Puget Sound and a great number of lakes as well. Focusing on this niche of waterfront, water view or estate view properties, allows my market knowledge, expertise and training to come into play. I like to think outside the box when it comes to marketing. My real estate experience also includes selling luxury equestrian properties. My life experience and training prior to real estate saw me located as a field linguist and holding various administrative roles in Asia and the South Pacific for a non-profit organization. And later, with that entrepreneurial spirit that I always knew lay within, as the President of my own luxury online travel company to Australia and the South Pacific, I was able to indulge my love of travel and business. Because of that international exposure long ago, my focus in real estate is not just marketing coast-to-coast within the U.S. but also in reaching International Buyers to participate in the real estate market in the United States!
