Proud to say I was born in Detroit, MI; refined in Pacifica, CA; then reborn and reinvented in San Antonio, TX. I served in the US Air Force at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas and moved to San Antonio, Lackland AFB in Oct ’86. Jan ’87 I was in real estate school and my career began. In ’90 I started selling new homes for a national production builder. A few years later I was the hired and baptized in new home sales manager for a wanting to grow custom builder. We built our sales from $5mil-$20mil in three years (my team). Years later after me, Lennar Homes bought that company. I spent a few fun-for-golf-but… years as a loan officer in the mid ‘90s. Missing building, I joined a custom builder as their Build On Your Lot Specialist selling new luxury & estate homes. Fast forward quite a few years and here I am in looking to build a general real estate business and I’ve been on the roller coaster since, and it needs to stop. I’m getting too old for that shit! Away from work I serve as a Children’s Leader with Bible Study Fellowship, and as a Children’s Church teacher at St.John Baptist Church. So I like to think I possess the humble heart of a servant, with the knowledge, enthusiasm and confidence of an experienced leader with years of negotiating experience to help anyone achieve their real estate goals.
