David Cathers has spent his life working and sharing with people. He has been involved with teaching most of his life. One of his most gratifying has been training others how to fly airplanes. This is where he learned to listen closely and be aware of the student's questions and the emotions that drive them. Then he breaks each lesson into simple terms that match their background.

Now he takes that patience and attention to details in helping his clients buying and selling real estate. David is always looking for ways to improve the marketing of his clients properties. "You've got to Stand Out and make it Fun! And you Must include your clients in the process every step of the way".
David believes in giving back to his community. Twenty Two years ago he started and continues to coordinate and run the Gig Harbor Thanksgiving Basket Brigade. They provide food baskets to families in need anonymously every year. In 2015 they provide baskets for 1,305 families which fed 4,729 people. And with the help of 450+ volunteers. He is a Past President of the Gig Harbor Rotary Club and still very active. He loves to spend time with his wife, his dog and 2 cats and blue and gold macaw.
