Curtis,“The Real Estate Guy”™, received his Georgia real estate license in 1994 and began selling real estate in 1997. He is currently licensed as a Broker in Georgia & North Carolina. In 2002 he was approved as a Pre-license, Broker and Continuing education instructor. His experience in real estate varies from managing, selling and listing residential real estate to luxury homes, commercial investments, property management, and consultation transactions. In 1998 he received the Coldwell Banker Buckhead Broker “1st Year Agent Achievement Award.” Curtis is a graduate of Rutgers University with a major in both History and Business Administration. He is also a 2003 graduate of the Clark Atlanta School of Business Commercial REAP program. His goal is to inspire and to provide thought provoking courses and seminars to make you take your business to the next level and move you into action. Known for his keep it real approach and interactive seminars he brings many exciting real life stories to life while making you examine your true self – Man/Woman in the mirror! Curtis would rather be ridiculously insane than ridiculously boring, he believes that life is about choice and attitude. He strives to encourage rather than discourage. As a Professional his goal is to provide Professional Level Services for Professional Clients! To add to his many accomplishments Curtis is a prior Military Captain (P) in the United States Army, Signal Corps and a Lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. NAREB Million Club Recipient. Since 2004 he has taught the Georgia Instructor Workshops, pre-license and continuing education courses for The Georgia Training Center(AREU), Kennesaw State University, the Georgia Institute of Real Estate and throughout the metro Atlanta area. Curtis is the past Chairmen of the public relations committee for the Empire Board of Realtists. He has served as the Managing Broker for Apollo Associates Realty in Stone Mountain, GA and Associate Broker to many other real estate companies. Curtis is a charter member of the 5 Star Elite Toastmaster Club in Covington, GA and he is currently the Broker/Owner of The York Realty Group located in Tucker, GA , Director of the York Real Estate Institute and Senior Instructor for American Real Estate University.
