Clint Parsons, PLMC™ Certified Real Estate Agent                          

Clint has over 30 years of real estate experience with a varied skill set that includes sales, valuation, brokerage, development and financing.

Born and raised in Texas, he also resided in St. Louis, Missouri. Clint graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1984, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance and marketing. Clint began his career in St. Louis as a commercial real estate appraiser. He obtained his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1994 and his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute in 1996.

While in Missouri, Clint started his own real estate brokerage, appraisal and development company. Clint relocated to Naples in 2005 where he re-entered the appraisal business to learn the local market. He subsequently joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty to focus 100% of his efforts on representing buyers and sellers of luxury residential property.

Clint has lived full-time in Naples since 2005. He is a certified Premier Luxury Marketing Consultant, a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
