Candace started into Real Estate about 15 years ago with real estate investing, renovating houses, rentals etc. About 11 years ago she became licensed with the same company she currently is with today.  Candace has won several sales awards thru the Dayton Board, State (OAR sales awards) Board, and internally within her brokerage. She holds various licenses and certificates: ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative, CMS - Corporate Mobility Specialist (for relocations), RMS-Re-Marketing Specialist, Sales Mastery - thru Floyd Wickman and is a Premier Luxury Marketing Consultant.

Candace grew up south of Ft. Wayne Indiana, came to Ohio to attend college and obtained a business degree. Before getting into real estate, Candace was a Human Resources Manager for 10 years. She then joined HER Realtors (formally known as Real Living Realty Services) here in the Dayton area. She enjoys hiking, biking, sports (softball, volleyball, and tennis), serving in the community at the Gospel Mission serving food, also an organization called Shoes for the Shoeless, as well as inside her own church (Apex Community for 10 years) and past church (Patterson Park for 10 years).
