Barry graduated from Weber State College with a degree in marketing.  After graduating Barry improved his marketing skills through creating advertising and marketing campaigns for corporations. Barry, while working with Purolator Courier, received recognition for achieving the highest percentage of revenue growth in his area out of over 200 areas world wide.
 
Even though Barry was successful in the corporate environment Barry found he preferred working for himself.  Barry has successfully applied his marketing skills to the real estate market.  He knows that there is a lot more to selling a house than just putting a sign in the yard, listing it on the MLS, displaying it on the internet, and having open houses in hopes that the best buyer will come along.  Barry knows how to target market to the buyer that is the best match and willing to pay the most for a house.  This target market approach has earned him an almost perfect record in selling his client's homes
 
As an effective salesman Barry learned to listen well to what people want and need.  Knowing what the client really wants allows Barry to help clients quickly find the right home.  On several occasions Barry has previewed homes to find just the right home for his client then brought them to the house that became their home.
